Yes—if you'd like us to. Many clients authorize us to speak directly with their builder to review documents, monitor progress, and ask the hard questions they shouldn't have to. All it takes is a quick written authorization from you (we’ll even draft it).
You’ll still make all final decisions—we don’t approve change orders or sign anything on your behalf. But we do make sure you're never left in the dark or pressured into something without fully understanding the impact.
